A man identified as Joshua Culver has been arrested on federal charges after allegedly using a forged signature of United States Chief Justice John Roberts on a fake Supreme Court order in an attempt to have his criminal case in Indiana dismissed.

According to court documents, Culver allegedly created or used a bogus Supreme Court document bearing what appeared to be the signature of Chief Justice Roberts.

Prosecutors allege that the document was used in an effort to influence the outcome of Culver’s own criminal case in Indiana.

Court documents further allege that Culver impersonated an agent of the National Security Agency (NSA) as well as a special master in an attempt to intimidate government officials.

Culver is now facing federal charges over the alleged conduct.

The allegations have not been proven in court, and Culver is presumed innocent unless found guilty by a court of law.
