Similarly, the Local Government Service Commission was inaugurated under the chairmanship of Akeem Bamgbola, with Adeyinka Durosinmi, Ahmed Seriki, Shamsideen Olaleye and Folashade Olabanji-Oba serving as members.

Addressing the appointees, Sanwo-Olu urged them to assume their responsibilities immediately and demonstrate professionalism, integrity and accountability in the discharge of their duties.

The governor said his administration’s Greater Lagos development agenda depended on an effective public service capable of translating government policies into tangible benefits for residents.
He further charged the appointees to remain accessible, uphold fairness and ensure that public institutions respond effectively to the needs of Lagos residents.
Earlier, the Lagos State Head of Service, Olabode Agoro, described the appointments as another step towards strengthening governance and improving administrative efficiency.
Agoro expressed confidence in the appointees’ ability to contribute meaningfully to public sector development, citing their experience and commitment to service.

Speaking on behalf of the newly inaugurated officials, representatives of the appointees thanked the governor for the confidence placed in them and pledged to discharge their responsibilities diligently.
