Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has opened up about months of severe pain and difficulties with movement, revealing that her health challenges have left her relying on a wheelchair.

She explained that her condition worsened after a children’s carnival she organised, with the pain becoming increasingly difficult to manage despite undergoing several medical examinations.
“For several months now, I have lost my freedom to move around as I please. It started as something minor, very minor, but eventually led to this,” she said.
The actress described the experience as physically and emotionally challenging, particularly because she had become dependent on others for assistance with activities she previously performed without difficulty.
Daniels, however, expressed gratitude for what she described as encouraging progress in her recovery, saying recent improvements had given her the confidence to share her experience publicly.
She also acknowledged the role of her Christian faith in helping her cope with the situation, expressing hope for continued healing and peace.
The actress disclosed that she had moved closer to her loved ones, particularly her two children, as she continued to navigate the health challenges.
