The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho, has approved a new posting schedule for recently appointed judges following recommendations by the National Judicial Council (NJC).
This was disclosed in a statement issued on Friday in Abuja by the court’s Director of Information, Dr Catherine-Oby Christopher.
According to the statement, all affected judges are to assume duty at their respective judicial divisions on May 13, 2026.

“Following the recent appointment of 14 new judges and the reposting of three existing judges of the Federal High Court, the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho, has approved and released a new posting schedule for judges of the court to various judicial divisions across the country,” the statement read.
Under the new postings, Justice Hassan Dikko was assigned to the Gusau Division in Zamfara State, while Justices Salim Olasupo Ibrahim and Onah Chigozie Sergius were posted to the Abuja Division.
Justice Sulaiman Amida Hassan was posted to the Osogbo Division in Osun State, while Justice Muhammad Saidu will serve at the Minna Division in Niger State.
Others include Justice Igboko Conchita to the Akure Division in Ondo State; Justice Onuegbu Angela to the Yenagoa Division in Bayelsa State; and Justice Galumje Edingah to the Abakaliki Division in Ebonyi State.
Justice Ibrahim Eneabo was posted to the Gombe Division, Justice Abubakar Usman to Ado-Ekiti Division in Ekiti State, Justice Salihu Yunusa to Damaturu Division in Yobe State, and Justice Ikpeme Bassey to the Uyo Division in Akwa Ibom State.
The statement further said Justice Shehu Adamu was posted to the Maiduguri Division in Borno State, Justice Mohammed Buba to the Dutse Division in Jigawa State, and Justice Binjin-Eigegbe Nendelmum Judith to the Lokoja Division in Kogi State.

Justice Usoro Uduak and Justice Nwoye Osinachi Donatus were reposted to the Lagos Division.
The Federal High Court said the postings take immediate effect.
