Businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has announced a house as a birthday gift for Pastor Jerry Eze, founder of Streams of Joy International and convener of New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD).
Iyiegbu made the announcement over the weekend while celebrating Eze’s 44th birthday.
He described the cleric as one of his “most amazing brothers” and lauded his commitment to prayer and service to humanity.

“Today, I present you this house that will be ready by December as an appreciation for all you do,” Iyiegbu said.
He explained that the gift was intended to support Eze’s ministry and his continued service to humanity.
In a video accompanying the announcement, Iyiegbu revealed that he had made a personal commitment earlier in January when Eze visited one of his properties.
According to him, he had privately prayed that he would be able to complete one of the buildings and present it to the pastor as a birthday gift.
“I made a silent prayer to God that by our next birthday I should be able to finish and gift you one.”

Although construction was still ongoing, Iyiegbu said he was confident the building would be completed soon and formally presented it as a gift.
“I am presenting one to you as a birthday gift for the work of God and for the service to mankind.”
Eze, who turned 44 on Saturday, is widely known for hosting the NSPPD online prayer programme and leading Streams of Joy International.
