A man has been hospitalised after being shot during an incident involving United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in north Austin, Texas, on Sunday afternoon, according to city officials.
The incident occurred in the 7000 block of West Anderson Lane, near U.S. Highway 183.
Austin city officials said the injured man was transported to a local hospital, where he was reported to be in serious but stable condition.
Authorities had not immediately released the identity of the man or provided details about the circumstances leading to the shooting.
