Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, alongside other Service Chiefs, on Tuesday attended the 4th UK–Nigeria Security and Defence Partnership Dialogue held at the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA), Abuja.

The high-level engagement brought together senior security and defence officials from Nigeria and the United Kingdom to discuss issues of mutual interest, including counter-terrorism, intelligence sharing, capacity building, and enhanced security cooperation.

Participants explored strategies for tackling emerging security threats and strengthening collaborative efforts aimed at improving national and regional security.

The dialogue highlighted the commitment of both countries to deepening strategic partnerships and fostering stronger cooperation in addressing evolving security challenges.

It also reaffirmed the shared resolve of Nigeria and the United Kingdom to promote regional stability, national security, and sustainable peace through sustained engagement and coordinated action.
