Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, on Tuesday received the Chairman of the Police Service Commission (PSC), DIG Hashimu Salihu Argungu (Rtd), and other commissioners of the Commission at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
The PSC delegation included DIG Uba Bala Ringim (Rtd), Justice Paul Adamu Galumje (Rtd), Abdulfatah Mohammed (Rtd), and Justice Christine Ladi Dadup (Rtd).
Discussions during the meeting focused on critical administrative and welfare issues affecting the Nigeria Police Force, including the strengthening of officers’ training programmes, official confidentiality, and the resolution of pending personnel matters.
The Inspector-General of Police reaffirmed the commitment of the Force to maintaining a cordial and productive working relationship with the Police Service Commission towards building a more disciplined, professional and motivated police institution.
