The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has declared Mr. Zichao Qiu, a Chinese national, wanted in connection with ongoing investigations into alleged corruption, money laundering, and other related offences.
Born on June 30, 1993, Qiu was appointed on July 24, 2024, by the Board of Fortunetech Limited as a signatory to the company’s bank account. The ICPC stated that he has repeatedly failed to respond to invitations issued during the investigation.
His last known phone number is 08086517802. Members of the public with information on his whereabouts are urged to contact the ICPC Headquarters in Abuja, any ICPC State Office, or the nearest police station.
