A Palestinian woman has reportedly died from injuries sustained during an Israeli attack on al-Shati refugee camp in the Gaza Strip, according to an account attributed to a medical source at al-Shifa Hospital.
The woman was said to have succumbed to her wounds after receiving medical attention at the hospital in Gaza City.
However, her identity, the date of the attack that caused her injuries and the circumstances surrounding her death have not been independently confirmed.
The report comes amid renewed Israeli military strikes across Gaza despite a ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, 2025.

On Thursday, November 5, Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli warplanes struck a gathering near Martyrs Square in al-Shati refugee camp, killing three Palestinians and injuring several others.
Anadolu Agency separately reported casualties following an Israeli drone attack in the same camp, citing medical sources.
It remains unclear whether the woman’s reported death was connected to Thursday’s attack or an earlier bombardment.
Al-Shati, also known as Beach refugee camp, is situated along Gaza’s Mediterranean coastline and has experienced repeated bombardments and extensive damage during the conflict.
The continuing military operations have raised concerns about civilian safety and the sustainability of the ceasefire.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, at least 1,602 Palestinians have been killed and thousands more injured in Israeli attacks since the truce began, as of November 5, 2026.
The United Nations Human Rights Office has also documented continuing civilian casualties since the agreement, warning about attacks affecting residential areas and displaced populations.
Israel maintains that its military operations target militants and respond to security threats, while Hamas accuses Israel of repeatedly violating the ceasefire.

Disagreements over implementation of the agreement, Israeli military withdrawal and the disarmament of Hamas have continued to complicate efforts towards a lasting settlement.
Meanwhile, humanitarian agencies have repeatedly called for the protection of civilians, improved access to essential medical services and compliance with international humanitarian law.
The latest reported death adds to concerns over the consequences of continuing violence for Gaza’s already vulnerable population.
