Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps Navy has rejected claims by the United States that the Strait of Hormuz remains open, insisting that Tehran has “full control” over the strategic waterway.
In a statement released on Friday, the Iranian navy said restrictions on movement through the strait would continue until what it described as the end of US military actions against Iran and the implementation of relevant commitments.
