VENEZUELA DECLARES WEEK OF MOURNING AFTER U.S. RAID KILLS MILITARY PERSONNEL

Venezuela’s acting President Delcy Rodriguez has declared seven days of national mourning, following a U.S. raid over the weekend targeting leader Nicolas Maduro.

Around two dozen Venezuelan military officers were killed during the attack, the government reported.

Cuba’s government said 32 of its military and police officers serving in Venezuela also died and declared two days of mourning.
