In a ceremony marked by deep spiritual symbolism and reverence, the Universal Monarch, Olumba Olumba Obu, on Monday performed the Divine Investiture of 24 Celestial Elders, formally opening the Silver Jubilee Celebration of His Coronation by the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star.
The historic event signaled the commencement of a milestone celebration, drawing worshippers and faithful into an atmosphere of solemn devotion.
At the heart of the ceremony was the crowning of the 24 Elders, each adorned with what was described as a “Crown of Glory,” symbolizing their spiritual calling and divine assignment within the fold.
The investiture carried profound scriptural significance, mirroring the account in the Book of Revelation (Chapter 4, Verse 4), where twenty-four elders are depicted seated around a heavenly throne, clothed in white garments and crowned with gold. This biblical imagery was vividly reenacted, lending a sense of divine continuity to the occasion.
Further enriching the ceremony was a presentation by the Angels of Exultation, who proclaimed 25 distinct qualities attributed to the Universal Monarch. The performance added a layer of spiritual depth and heightened the sense of sacred celebration among attendees.
In his welcome address, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, PCS Bassey Imowo, expressed gratitude to participants and underscored the intentional spiritual planning behind the Jubilee. He noted that every segment of the celebration was prayerfully designed to inspire and uplift humanity.
Delivering his divine message, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu conveyed profound joy, describing the moment as a union of heaven and earth in honor of the Son of God. He reaffirmed the unity of the Father and the Son, declaring that the coronation has ushered in a new era characterized by love, peace, healing, and transformation.
The Universal Monarch then officially declared the Silver Jubilee Celebration open, pronouncing blessings upon all in attendance.
