The Niger State Police Command has arrested a 37-year-old man, Isah Usman, over allegations involving the abuse of three minors in Minna, Niger State.
The suspect, a honey seller from the Angwan Biri area, was accused of luring the boys, aged 13, 14 and 15, to his residence on several occasions.

According to reports, the matter was reported to the police on April 23, prompting operatives attached to the Bosso Division to immediately arrest the suspect.
The spokesperson for the Niger State Police Command, Wasiu Abiodun, confirmed the arrest in a statement.
He said the victims were taken for medical examination, while preliminary investigations led to the transfer of the case to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Minna, for further investigation.
According to the police, the suspect will be charged in court after the conclusion of the investigation.

The command reiterated its commitment to protecting children and ensuring that offenders are brought to justice.
