Security operatives have discovered the body of a man identified as Mallam Ishaku in Wasa Forest, Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State, following a patrol of the area.
The body was reportedly found at about 9:30 a.m. on September 23 by troops deployed at Wasa Station.
Preliminary findings indicated that Ishaku may have been attacked by unidentified assailants, who allegedly took away his Boxer motorcycle.
The circumstances surrounding his death and the identities of those responsible have yet to be established.
The body was subsequently evacuated and handed over to the police in Wasa for further action.
Investigations are expected to continue as security operatives work to identify and apprehend those responsible for the alleged killing and theft.
