Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly instructed his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, to communicate with him only through legal channels, deepening a public family rift that has simmered since 2022.
The 26-year-old, who married actress Nicola Peltz in April 2022, has increasingly distanced himself from the family, skipping milestone events including his father’s 50th birthday, David Beckham’s knighthood celebration, and Inter Miami’s MLS victory. Most recently, Brooklyn spent Christmas with his wife’s family in the U.S., avoiding time at the Beckhams’ Cotswolds home.
According to reports, the family exchanged legal letters through their respective law firms, with Brooklyn emphasizing that he does not want his parents contacting him or making public statements about him on social media. No court action has been taken, and sources say the couple “just want peace” amid the ongoing tension.
The feud appears to have roots in Brooklyn’s wedding decisions, including opting against wearing a dress designed by Victoria Beckham. It has since extended to social media, with Brooklyn allegedly blocking both parents and his two younger brothers.
Despite the distance, both sides remain in the public eye, highlighting the challenges of privacy and family dynamics under intense media scrutiny.
