The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has extended the deadline for candidates offered admission from 2021 to date to accept or reject their outstanding admission offers.
The new deadline is Wednesday, September 30, 2026, replacing the earlier deadline of Monday, August 31, 2026.
JAMB said the extension is intended to give affected candidates one final opportunity to indicate whether they wish to accept or reject their admission offers.
The Board urged all candidates with pending offers, including regular and CUIIA admissions, to immediately log into their JAMB profiles and indicate their decisions before the new deadline expires.
Candidates who fail to take the required action by September 30, 2026, risk losing the opportunity to formally accept or reject the outstanding admission offers.
