The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has secured the conviction of Jonathan Marcus for the murder of 80-year-old Mr Adebola Ezekiel and his wife, Mrs Abiodun Ezekiel.
The couple were murdered at their residence in the Apo Legislative Quarters, Abuja.
The FCT High Court found the defendant guilty of the offence and sentenced him to death by hanging.
The Police Command described the judgment as a victory for justice, reaffirming its commitment to ensuring that criminal offenders are brought to justice and to maintaining the safety and security of residents of the Federal Capital Territory.
