Chelsea are reportedly preparing to approve their first summer transfer under new manager Xabi Alonso, with goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen expected to be made available for sale.
According to BBC Sport, the Premier League club is now open to letting the Danish shot-stopper leave Stamford Bridge after he expressed a desire for more regular first-team football.

Jorgensen joined Chelsea two seasons ago from Villarreal with expectations that he would compete for the starting position alongside Robert Sanchez.
However, the 24-year-old has struggled for consistent game time, making just 11 Premier League appearances over two seasons.
While Alonso’s arrival was initially seen as a possible turning point for his Chelsea career, reports suggest the goalkeeper has already decided to seek a move away in search of regular playing opportunities.
Chelsea had previously blocked a potential January exit for Jorgensen, but the club’s stance has now reportedly softened, with a summer departure increasingly likely.
Clubs in both England and across Europe are expected to monitor the situation closely as the transfer window approaches.
The move would mark an early squad adjustment under Alonso as he begins shaping the team ahead of the new season.
