Dr. Akanimo Jonah has been appointed the Acting Rector of the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua.
He succeeds Dr. Moses Umobong, whose tenure as Rector officially ends today
Dr. Jonah is expected to assume duties immediately and steer the institution pending further directives.
Until his elevation, Jonah was Deputy Rector of the Polytechnic.
