A new controversy has surfaced in the Nwoko family as Chuks Nwoko, brother to Senator Ned Nwoko, took to his Facebook page to release a video publicly criticizing the Delta North lawmaker.
In the post accompanying the video, Chuks accused the senator of deviating from divine principles, claiming that his troubles stem from abandoning the “God” in his full name, Chinedu.
He wrote:
“Senator Ned, there is a God that is attached to your name but you removed it and see how you have now turned out.
Your name is Chinedu. As learned person you are ignorant of the natural laws that govern our universe. Otherwise, how is it that you as a lawyer do not understand that like the law of gravity, there is the Law of Sowing and Reaping. You must reap what you’ve sowed. You are disruptive, malicious, vindictive, troublesome, a narcissist, self-centered, bully, lying, controlling and violent.
However, today is a good day to change things if you will just embrace the gospel of our Lord. Embrace the Prince of Peace.”
The video, which has since gone viral on Facebook, has drawn mixed reactions from social media users; some urging reconciliation within the Nwoko family, while others expressed shock over the boldness of Chuks’ message.
As of the time of this report, Senator Ned Nwoko has not publicly responded to his brother’s remarks.
