Prosecutors have charged two women, who are reportedly in a relationship, over the alleged murder of the mother of one of them at her home in Silver Spring.
The incident occurred on May 22, 2026, at the woman’s residence in Silver Spring, according to prosecutors.
The two suspects were arrested about three weeks after the alleged killing in Ohio and have since been charged in connection with the case.
They are scheduled to appear for trial on murder charges on April 19, 2027.
Authorities are expected to present their case when proceedings begin, while the accused women will have the opportunity to defend themselves against the allegations.
