The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has approved Thursday, May 21, 2026, for the passing-out of 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II corps members.
The scheme disclosed this in a statement issued on Monday by its Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, and shared on its official X handle.

According to the statement, activities leading up to the event will commence on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
“The activities heralding the event will commence on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, and will include Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) by the NYSC and other relevant agencies, as well as the signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors,” the statement read.
It added that the low-key ceremony would feature the distribution of Certificates of National Service to eligible corps members across all local government areas of the country.
The Director-General of the scheme, Brig.-Gen. Olakunle Nafiu, wished the corps members a successful winding-up and passing-out exercise.

He also urged them to uphold the core values of the scheme and remain good ambassadors of the NYSC in their post-service engagements.
