Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, PhD, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Head of Civil Service, Mrs Elsie Anietie Peters, on the occasion of her birthday.
In a message released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh, the Governor described Mrs Peters as a distinguished public servant whose career has been defined by discipline, professionalism, and a resolute commitment to excellence in service.
He noted that her wealth of experience, spanning decades of meritorious service across critical departments, has positioned her as a dependable and strategic leader at the helm of the State Civil Service.
He expressed confidence that under her leadership, the Civil Service will continue to align with his administration’s ARISE Agenda, delivering responsive, efficient, and people-oriented governance.
