The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has disclosed that supplementary online registration for newly uploaded prospective corps members will hold from Thursday, April 9, 2026, to Saturday, April 11, 2026.

The registration exercise is specifically for candidates whose information has recently been added to the NYSC portal but who have not yet completed their registration.

Prospective corps members are encouraged to have all required documents and personal details ready ahead of time to make the registration process easier and faster.

In a statement shared on the scheme’s official X (formerly Twitter) account on Monday, NYSC stated:
“Supplementary online registration for recently uploaded prospective corps members commences Thursday, 9th – Saturday, 11th April 2026.”

The management of the scheme stressed that applicants must strictly follow the registration schedule to avoid being disqualified. Registration will be done through the official NYSC portal, where candidates are expected to carefully follow the provided instructions to successfully complete the process.

According to the scheme, the supplementary registration is meant to ensure that all qualified candidates can take part in the upcoming NYSC orientation programme without unnecessary delays.

The registration exercise will be conducted entirely online, and prospective corps members are advised to meet the deadline and prepare the required information beforehand to avoid complications.

The initiative forms part of NYSC’s ongoing efforts to improve the registration system, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless mobilization process for incoming corps members.
