Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh – Police have booked a college professor and three students in connection with the ragging, sexual harassment, and death of a 19-year-old female student at Government Degree College in Dharamsala, officials confirmed on Thursday night.
The victim’s father, Vikram Kumar, a resident of Sidhbari in Dharamsala, had filed a formal complaint with local authorities, prompting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his daughter’s death.
