The Federal College of Education (FCE), Ididep Ibiono Ibom, Akwa Ibom State, has announced the assumption of duty by Mrs. Grace Andokie Undie as Acting Registrar of the institution.
Mrs. Undie’s deployment follows the resignation of the former substantive Registrar, Mr. Nsemeke Udoakpan.
Her appointment, approved by the Minister of Education, was formally communicated to the College through an official letter from the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE).
A seasoned education administrator, Mrs. Undie brings extensive professional experience to her new role.
She previously served as Registrar of the Federal College of Education, Obudu, Cross River State, where she earned commendation for her exemplary service, administrative excellence, and commitment to institutional advancement.
The Acting Provost of the College, Dr. Celina Nongo, has welcomed Mrs. Undie on behalf of Management and staff, expressing confidence in her ability to provide purposeful leadership to the Registry Department.
Dr. Nongo noted that Mrs. Undie’s distinguished track record in tertiary education management will greatly support the College’s ongoing reforms and enhance operational efficiency.
