Missile strikes have hit several locations in central Isfahan Province, leaving at least 15 people dead as fighting between the United States, Israel and Iran continues to intensify across the Middle East.

According to reports, the attacks occurred amid ongoing air and missile operations linked to the widening conflict. US President, Donald Trump called on countries that rely on Gulf oil supplies to help ensure the vital Strait of Hormuz remains open. The narrow waterway handles a significant share of global oil shipments, has become a focal point in the escalating crisis.

Meanwhile, regional tensions continued to spread. Iranian missile attacks reportedly triggered air raid sirens and loud explosions in central parts of Israel, while warnings were also issued in nearby Jordan, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed responsibility for attacks targeting Israeli sites as well as US military bases in Iraq and Kuwait. Iranian officials said the strikes were part of a broader response to continued US and Israeli attacks on Iranian territory.

In Iraq, a missile strike reportedly hit the United States Embassy in Baghdad, damaging part of its air defense system. The US embassy has since urged American citizens to leave the country immediately as attacks on American interests increase.

Elsewhere, Saudi authorities said their air defense systems intercepted multiple drones over the kingdom’s eastern region and near Riyadh. The developments come as fears grow that the conflict could expand into a wider regional war affecting global energy markets and security.

A recent poll in the United States also suggests public opinion is divided over the conflict, with a majority of voters opposing the attacks on Iran, strongly rejecting the possibility of sending American ground troops.

The rapidly evolving situation continues to raise concerns among world leaders and analysts that further escalation could disrupt global oil supply routes and pull more countries into the conflict.
