Protests across Iran have entered their tenth day, with at least 29 people reported dead amid continued clashes between demonstrators and security forces.

Human rights groups say no fewer than 1,203 people have been detained since the protests began, noting that the actual number of arrests is likely far higher due to limited access to official information and restrictions on reporting.

Tensions further escalated after security forces reportedly raided a hospital in Ilam. Reacting to the incident, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi condemned the authorities, describing the hospital raid as an unmistakable crime, accusing the regime of targeting civilians and medical facilities.

Demonstrations have persisted in several cities, despite heightened security measures, as public anger continues over political and economic grievances. Authorities have yet to release an updated official casualty or arrest figure.
