Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Princess Emem Ibanga, says Governor Umo Eno’s “finisher’s anointing” has brought long-awaited development to Nsit Atai.
The Commissioner spoke when the ARISE Project Tracking Team, led by Information Commissioner Rt. Hon. (Dr.)Aniekan Umanah, inspected ongoing and completed projects in the area.

She praised the Governor for re-awarding the 14.5km Nsit Atai–Okobo (Airport) Road to Hensek Integrated Services, noting that the project is now near completion after four contractors previously failed.


Princess Ibanga also commended the award of the Ikot Asua Roundabout–Odot Road, describing the Governor’s interventions as proof of his love for Nsit Atai people.

Other completed projects under Governor Eno include Fully functional Primary Health Centre, Odot; Eight ARISE Compassionate Homes; ARISE Youth Friendly Centre, Odot; Model Primary School, Ikot Akpabio.
Princess Ibanga assured that the people of Nsit Atai “are solidly behind the Governor” and will support his 2027 re-election bid.
