Cross River State Government has announced the rescheduling of the Compulsory Examination earlier slated for November 20–21, 2025, citing logistic challenges.
In a public service announcement issued on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Establishments, Training and Pensions, Mr. Donatus Ejemot Esu, said the examination will now hold from December 8–9, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m. daily.
According to the statement, the examination will take place across three designated centres in the State:
1. Calabar Preparatory School, Etta Agbor, Calabar
2. Government Secondary School (GOVISCO), Ikom
3. Government Secondary School, Igoli, Ogoja
Candidates are advised to report to their assigned venues with their original printouts or payment tellers as well as a valid identity card for verification.
The announcement, signed on behalf of the Commissioner for Establishments, Training and Pensions, urged all affected candidates to take note of the new dates and comply accordingly.
