The Akwa Ibom State chapter of the All Progressives Congress has announced the screening date for aspirants seeking to contest House of Assembly seats on the party’s platform.
In a statement issued by the State Publicity Secretary, Chief Patrick Edeke, the party said the screening exercise would hold on Monday, May 11, 2026.
According to the statement, the exercise is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at Monty Suites, Uyo.
The party urged all aspirants who purchased the House of Assembly Nomination and Expression of Interest forms to be physically present and punctual for the screening.
Aspirants were also advised to come along with all necessary documents and credentials required for the exercise.
